Trail Maintenance Day

October 20 @ 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

The NPT chapter will be holding a stewardship outing on Saturday, October 20th starting at the Tarbell Hill Road trailhead in Long Lake.
We will head northward on the NPT, cutting blow down with a chainsaw as well as general pruning and clipping. We will clear trail until a time designated by the trip leader to turn around and hike out. We hope to get to Kelly’s point lean to. This is a day hike all participants interested must have the appropriate gear for a day hike including food. Please bring any clippers or loppers and hand tools to do the trail work.  Some items will be available for use as well. If you are interested in participating or just looking for more details on this event please contact trip leader Bill Celentano at nptstewardship@gmail.com
